1. Overview

Welcome to Maison Kookoo. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and the highest level of service for our customers.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders placed through our website require full payment at the time of purchase.

  • We accept online payment only for website orders.

  • Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

  • Order changes are not permitted once an order has been placed. Please

  • review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Custom Orders

  • Maison Kookoo offers custom-made cakes and products.

  • A minimum notice period is required for custom orders (as specified at

  • checkout or communicated at the time of ordering).

  • While we take great care to meet your requested design, final products may

  • vary slightly from reference images or prior designs due to the handcrafted

  • nature of our creations.

4. All Sales Final

  • Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has
    been placed.

5. Pickup Policy

  • Maison Kookoo currently offers pickup only.

  • Customers must collect their order at the time selected during checkout.

  • Once your order is prepared, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to pick
    it up on time.

  • Maison Kookoo is not responsible for any deterioration in quality, freshness,
    or condition resulting from delayed pickup.

6. Product Freshness & Storage

  • Our products are made fresh and are best enjoyed on the same day or within
    24 hours.

  • To preserve quality:

  • Cakes and tartes should be kept refrigerated

  • Certain treats may be frozen and later reheated in the oven

  • Maison Kookoo is not responsible for quality issues arising from improper
    storage after pickup.

7. Allergy Disclaimer

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens,
    including but not limited to:

    • nuts

    • dairy

    • gluten

    • eggs

  • Maison Kookoo is not an allergen-free facility.

  • Customers with allergies assume full responsibility when purchasing our
    products.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Maison Kookoo shall not be held liable for:

    • delays or issues caused by factors outside our control

    • product quality after pickup

    • minor variations in design, colour, or decoration

  • By placing an order, you agree that our liability is limited to the value of the
    products purchased.

9. Pricing & Accuracy

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable
    taxes.

  • We strive to ensure all information (descriptions, images, pricing) is accurate, but reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

10. Marketing & Communications

  • By providing your email, you consent to receive communications from Maison Kookoo, including news, updates, and promotional offers.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails, in
    compliance with Canadian antispam regulations.

11. Website Use

  • All content on this website (including text, images, branding, and designs) is the property of Maison Kookoo and may not be used or reproduced without
